We are looking for a motivated, innovative, and strategic Management Associate. We are looking for a talented Management Associates passionate about helping and working with others, creating value, and producing desired results and sales attributes. You will be responsible for meeting with clientele, serving as the lead point of contact, and executing engaging sales presentations to close new accounts. Our team demonstrates the ability to drive sales, close deals, crush expectations, and manage contract negotiations for some of the world’s most notable brands.
Responsibilities of a Management Associate:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all potential customers, investigating and resolving issues as they arise.
- Build bountiful relationships with key clients through personalized outreach initiatives, relating to diverse backgrounds, coming to solutions efficiently, and maintaining professionalism
- Use effective customer service and sales techniques to identify customer needs to drive qualified appointments for the Sales Team
- Provide visual direction and leadership to our Customer Service and Sales team
- Set and execute daily tasks and follow-ups with clients
- Gain an understanding of our business by collaborating with key Managers and Sales staff to identify and grow opportunities within multiple territories
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability for our clients
- Develop and oversee the implementation of all campaign strategies
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of clients' brand, promotional services, and profitability targets
Management Associate Requirements:
- Management, Account Management, Sales, or Client Service experience
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to guidelines with a keen sense of detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Understand basic sales strategies and customer demand
- Possess high levels of independence, reliability, and resilience
- Enthusiastic about leading others and developing a collaborative team culture
- Savvy business strategies and the ability to establish long-lasting relationships

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
