Denver Union Station is home to two of the most iconic hospitality operations in the city: Terminal Bar and The Cooper Lounge. As the Multi-Unit Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting operations across these two venues.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Multi-Unit AGM with exceptional wine knowledge to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Managers and the F&B Director to ensure seamless operations, outstanding guest experiences, and the development of our talented team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support day-to-day operations at Terminal Bar and The Cooper Lounge.
- Leverage expertise in wine to enhance beverage programs, provide training, and guide guests through curated offerings.
- Collaborate on scheduling, labor management, and team development to maintain optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Maintain and elevate service standards while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Partner with culinary and beverage teams to drive menu excellence and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Support hiring, training, and performance evaluations for front-of-house staff.
- Act as a liaison between the venues to ensure operational alignment and guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of restaurant management experience, with a focus on multi-unit operations preferred.
- Deep knowledge of wine, with WSET Level 2 certification (or higher) a plus.
- Scheduling experience with an understanding of labor laws and optimization.
- Strong spirit and cocktail knowledge to complement beverage programming.
- A talent for hospitality and a proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Denver's hospitality scene and trends is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $68,500 - $75,000 annually, based on experience.
