The Design and Content Creator is a multifaceted role responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content across various digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong mix of creative and technical skills to produce eye-catching designs and compelling content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies.

Your Impact

Create visually stunning and innovative designs for marketing materials, social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, infographics, and other promotional materials.
Develop original and creative content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media captions, newsletters, video scripts, and more, to drive engagement and communicate the company's messages effectively.
Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines and maintain brand identity across all design and content assets.
Produce engaging video content, animations, and multimedia presentations to enhance storytelling and elevate the brand's visual appeal.
Capture high-quality product images, event photos, and other visual assets to support marketing and promotional efforts.
Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, content formats, and industry best practices to continuously improve and innovate creative deliverables.
Utilize SEO and other digital marketing techniques to optimize content for search engines and maximize reach and engagement.
Assist in managing social media platforms, curating content, and responding to comments and messages.
Monitor the performance of design and content assets using relevant metrics and analytics tools to make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a graphic designer, content creator, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and content projects.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, and experience with video editing software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and grammatically correct content.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience preferences.

Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
