Job Description
A highly skilled professional is sought to oversee and coordinate the training requirements of an organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tracking status, monitoring budgets, and submitting applications for personnel training.
Duties:
- Provide advice on individual training requirements to management.
- Compose reports on the standing of program requirements.
- Ensure training requirements are met through coordination with management.
- Evaluate regulations for required changes in training programs.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with organizational inspection program.
Requirements:
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Active membership as a soldier in the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) is required.
Qualifications:
- One year of specialized experience that includes tracking status of all training, monitoring a training budget, and submitting training applications for personnel.
- Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree in a field such as Organizational Management and Leadership, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Management.
- Combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position.
Education:
Foreign education credentials must be evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs.
