Job Summary
This Supervisory Management and Program Analyst position oversees the Defense Microelectronics Activity, directing operations through policy determinations and operational decisions. The role prepares reports, reviews policies, and provides counsel on technical matters.
Duties
- Plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control operations of the Defense Microelectronics Activity.
- Prepare, review, and approve reports or policies for internal and external distribution.
- Oversee technical management and provide counsel on long-term technical programs.
- Direct day-to-day activities to ensure successful completion of external taskings and implement strategic plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an expert understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods for program effectiveness assessment and improvement.
- Apply complex management processes, systems, techniques, scientific methods, data evaluation systems, and standards related to technology and system assessments.
- Support the organizational mission with expertise in diverse sciences and technologies across all technical fields.
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen.
- Selective Service requirements apply.
- Suitable for Federal employment determined by required background investigation.
- Must obtain/maintain Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Familiarity with financial/budgeting forecasting, performance metrics, and sustainable business growth.
- Leadership experience in aligning senior leaders with business objectives and operations.
- Ability to perform qualitative and/or quantitative assessments to determine risks and improve program effectiveness.
