What are the responsibilities and job description for the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I position at Department of Financial Protection and Innovation?
Under the direction of the Application Development Unit (AppDev) Manager, the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) works independently as the recognized technical specialist on the system testing and application testing of the most complex software systems and software activities. Working Conditions
This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person at least two days per week. Beginning July 1, 2025, all employees will be required to work in-person at least four days per week in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25.
Sacramento Location:
The Sacramento office is in the new state-of-the-art May Lee State Office Complex in Sacramento's River District, conveniently located next to Light Rail. On site parking is available for a fee.
