Desirable Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing ServiceNow applications and customizations(mandatory).
- Hands-onexperience with modules like IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management(CSM) .
- Proficiency in JavaScript (mandatory).
- Familiarity with other languages like HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap for UI customization.
- Expertise in Client Scripts, Business Rules, Assignment Rules and Workflow Scripting.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or other ticketing and tracking systems.
- ServiceNow certifications would be a plus.
- Experience developing/maintaining applications in ASP.net,C#.net and SQL
- Server reporting Services (SSRS).Demonstrated ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
- Capacity to perform under pressure in a fast pace environment with changing priorities.
- Adaptability to manage changing priorities and effectively juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
