What are the responsibilities and job description for the STAFF SERVICES ANALYST position at Department of Fish and Wildlife?
Under the supervision of Administrative Officer III (AOIII), the Staff Services Analyst performs technical and analytical work of average difficulty. Tasks include reviewing, analyzing, and processing procurement packages and vouchers, and complete requisitions, and purchase orders for payments. The incumbent also collaborates with staff to reconcile and update information on the Asset Management Portal.

Working Conditions
Office setting Monday - Friday working at a cubicle workstation. Ability to use a computer keyboard several hours a day, as well as adding machine and copier. Involves sitting and extended screen time using computers. Walking or standing for brief periods. Flexibility may be required to adapt to shifting priorities or tight deadlines. Occasional overtime to meet deadlines or during peak periods. Potential to interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders via email, phone, or in-person meetings; work with staff statewide to complete work assignments.
