Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced dental care professional to join our team as a Children's Oral Health Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Dentist to develop and implement effective dental operating room programs and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional pediatric dental services in various settings, including outreach locations, hospitals, and surgery centers.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with other dentists to develop treatment plans for complex cases involving minors and adults with special needs.
- Perform advanced dental procedures, including root canals and pulpal therapies.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

- Meet the minimum qualifications stated below.
Minimum Qualifications
You must have at least three years of professional dentistry experience and/or training, equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service.
Examples include:
- Experience in pediatric dental services, preventative care, clinical examinations, and emergency services.
- Completion of a residency program in dentistry, oral health, or a related field.
Education Requirements
