Responsibilities will include conducting outpatient clinics, taking appropriate histories, performing limited physical assessments, and documenting all clinical activities. You may also order and interpret laboratory tests, refer to appropriate services as needed via consultations, and monitor medications per Pharmacy Clinic protocol.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care services to patients. You will counsel patients on the use, storage, cautions, and side effects of all medications dispensed.
Requirements for this position include a doctoral degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained. Licensure is also required to practice pharmacy in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
