Medical Service Provider
The Department of Health and Human Services seeks a highly skilled Medical Service Provider to deliver exceptional patient care, including diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic services within their specialty. This includes treating patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing diagnosis, prevention, and treatment within the specialty
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution
- Active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician in any State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
- At least 1 year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting, such as an internship or residency program
- Board certification in the specialty or completion of an accredited residency program within the past three years
- Three or more years of experience since completion of an accredited residency program, or actively pursuing Board certification in the specialty
