Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
* Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements, incorporating new knowledge into practice
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
* Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
* Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
* At least 1 year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical setting, i.e., a 1-year internship or the first year of a residency program in a hospital or an institution accredited for such training
* Selective Placement Factor: Board Certification in Family Practice within six months of employment
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
