Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in land use planning, housing policy, and/or affordable housing development in the capacity of an employee of, or consultant to, local governments, nonprofit organizations or housing developers.
- Experience communicating with (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and presenting to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience with the areas of California State government or other policy making practices including the legislative process.
- Management and/or supervising experience. May include leading teams or projects.
- Experience identifying training needs and developing staff training programs.
- Experience with regulatory review and analysis.
