This position is part of Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP). OEP is part of the Oregon Department of Human Services. OEP provides direction and resources to everyone working to determine eligibility for Oregonians applying for and receiving medical, food, cash and childcare benefits through the ONE eligibility system.

As a Translation Notice Specialist, you will be responsible for daily office support, administrative and records tasks for OEP’s Central Coordination Unit and the notice translation process. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Track outgoing and returning customer notices that require translation to ensure correct and timely processing by third party vendors.
- Act as back up to other administrative staff in the unit responsible for calendaring, notetaking, and supporting project managers.
- Responsible for uploading and maintaining confidential documents.
- Receive, review and distribute incoming mail.
- Coordinate and manage office supply ordering, receiving and billing.
- Update and maintain program related organizational charts, phone lists, distribution lists and assigned equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR
- An associate degree in any field; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions
- Work schedule through trial service and training periods will be 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Thereafter a flexible schedule is negotiable based on business needs.
- Hybrid hours must be worked in proximity to the Salem office, as in-person office duties are required to meet business and operational needs that are dependent on onsite activities for planned and unplanned events and tasks.
- Works in an integrated environment where diverse programs, partners and staff create the work team.
- Regular and consistent attendance is essential.
- May require sitting at a computer or telephone for prolonged periods of the workday.
