Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with variety in your work? The California Department of Insurance (CDI) is seeking a dynamic Facilities Management and Property Analyst with experience solving problems, excellent organization skills, and analytical mindset.
Under the supervision of the Los Angeles Facilities and Business Services Manager, Staff Services Manager I (SSMI), this Staff Services Analyst (SSA) position serves as the Facilities Management and Property Analyst of the Business Services Los Angeles Unit, within the Financial and Business Management Division – Business Management Bureau (FBMD-BMB). The incumbent independently performs technical and analytical facilities work of average difficulty in a variety of functions within the FBMD-BMB.

Working Conditions
- The incumbent must be able to work in a high-rise building.
- The incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- The incumbent must be able to walk/stand up to 8 hours a day.
- The incumbent may telework in accordance with CDI's Telework Policy. Teleworking employees may be required to report to their headquarters office location on designated telework days. Travel expenses are not reimbursed, however other authorized transit subsidies do exist for those who qualify.
