  • Develops and implements procedures for ensuring all appropriate documents are routed to the program record and are used in a manner that is consistent with the statutes, regulations, and Department policies.
  • Establishes and maintains an electronic records management system for cataloging and retrieval of complex sets of documents.
  • Develops and maintains a records management plan that will guide filing and record keeping and assists in compiling documents upon request.
  • Maintains files for meetings of the Federal Subsistence Board, Interagency Staff Committee, and ten Regional Advisory Councils, and annually occurring activities pursuant to ANILCA Title VIII.
  • Provides authoritative advice to staff regarding FOIA requests and prepares responses to each request.
  • Assists with Federal Subsistence Board executive and work sessions and Interagency Staff Committee meetings.
  • Assists with administration of the Federal Subsistence Permit System, the development and production of Program information materials, and processing federal register rules documents for publishing in the federal register.The Office of the Secretary has determined that the duties of this position are suitable for telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisor approval.Salary Information : GS-9 : $67,738 - $88,058 per annumFirst time hires to the Federal government normally start at the lower salary range of the grade level.Relocation or Recruitment Incentive may be authorized.This vacancy may be used to fill additional positions as vacancies become available.This vacancy is also announced as OS-6019-25-AW-073(DEU) for those applicants who wish to apply and be considered under Competitive Examining procedures.HelpRequirementsConditions of Employment
