About the Job
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced engineer to lead a team in providing expert advice and guidance related to combat systems engineering, testing, and integration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team performing test events, requirements development, architecture development/lab operation execution, analysis/analysis report-out, as well as evaluation and assessment of combat system baselines leading to certification.
- Developing and executing project plans that meet customer requirements which are within resource constraints.
- Providing leadership in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Developing associated tactical strategies based on your knowledge and experience of technical engineering.
- Providing effective professional and technical advice and guidance to a diverse, multi-disciplinary workforce.
- Effectively partnering with those internal and external to the organization to integrate technical efforts that provide coordinated, timely and cost-efficient products.
Salary : $185,234
