We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical innovation and organizational change to adapt with industry growth in technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the execution of rapid integration projects involving C5ISR systems, computer networks, IT systems, and related aviation and electronic systems.
- Develop immediate and future solutions in support of the warfighter, in collaboration with internal and external contacts.
- Direct the planning of resources to accomplish assigned program goals and objectives.
- Mentor junior personnel and support personnel development initiatives.
Requirements
- At least one year of specialized IT Specialist (Network) work experience equivalent to the DS-05 STRL Pay Band or equivalent GS-Grade Level (GS-12/13) in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, information technology project management, partnering, and problem-solving.
