The Department of The Navy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Program Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing program management leadership and guidance to our engineers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with customer & fleet requirements, engineering standards, critical safety/quality requirements/policies, cost and schedule.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide program management guidance and oversight to engineers and technicians to ensure compliance with customer & fleet requirements, engineering standards, critical safety/quality requirements/policies, cost and schedule.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate at least four years of experience in program management, preferably in a related field such as aerospace or defense.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
