Job Description
You will direct an integrated team to support organizational objectives and ensure the success of high-priority initiatives for the Commander, Executive Director, and Chief of Staff. You will oversee process improvements, task management, and communication with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals and align with Marine Corps priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance on enhancing work quality and productivity within the team.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, conduct on-the-job training, and support the professional development of your team members.
- Make written and oral presentations to report on project status, provide recommendations, and drive organizational improvements across the division.
- Assess organizational effectiveness, recommend changes to structure and functions, and contribute to management surveys and improvement programs.
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top-Secret SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
