As a Supervisory Budget and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial management programs for PHMSA. This includes leading the Agency's efforts in all aspects of financial management, including budget formulation, execution, justification, analysis, and reporting. You will also represent the DCFO and CFO in meetings, discussions, and decision-making forums within the Agency. In addition, you should have experience working collaboratively with external organizations, such as the Department, Enterprise Service Center, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Treasury, and other relevant stakeholders.
