What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Assistant position at DePaul Talent Acquisition?
What You'll Do:
- Conduct data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation for analysis
- Perform statistical analysis (e.g., regression, classification, and clustering methods) and machine learning experiments using R/Python programming
- Support the documentation of research methodologies and findings in collaboration with faculty and research team members
- Graduate students (who have completed at least one year in their program) or recent graduates of MS in Business Analytics or Data Science programs
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R.
- Experience with machine learning and data processing techniques.
- Knowledge of community pharmacy operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of Simulation modeling with Anylogic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
