We are seeking a Customer Service Rep/Assistant for DePaula Insurance Group. This position is to aid and assist one of the Owners/Agents as their assistant.
Responsibilities
Answering Phones
Checking emails daily for updates on client's insurance policies
Maintaining insurance policies to ensure that they are active
Resolving any issues with underwriting and cancellations on insurance policies
Assisting clients with questions and concerns about their insured properties
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, not necessarily insurance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to build rapport with clients
**If you are not familiar with insurance, we will have plenty of time to train and prepare you for the questions and concerns of our clients**This job is a demanding job but lots of help when needed.**
Perks include paid holidays (we follow bank holidays for the most part)
1 Week paid vacation after 1 year of employment, etc.

Pay: $29,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
