dePaz Cabrera Immigration Law is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to join our compassionate and mission-driven team. This is a full-time, in-office role assisting with immigration applications including adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, U visas, family petitions, and more.
You’ll guide clients through every step of their case, from gathering documents and preparing forms to assembling filing packages and tracking deadlines. If you are proactive, organized, fluent in both Spanish and English, and have a heart for helping others—you may be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their case.
· Gather information and documentation from clients.
· Draft immigration forms for attorney review.
· Organize and assemble application packages for submission.
· Track deadlines and monitor case status using our client management system.
· Provide clients with updates and follow up on missing items.
· Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure accurate and timely case filings.
· Provide occasional front desk backup (phones, scheduling, intake).
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
You Must Have:
· Full fluency in Spanish and English – written, spoken, and reading comprehension.
· Excellent written communication and typing skills in both languages.
· Impeccable attention to detail – no room for typos or sloppy work.
· Outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
· A strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· A team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
