Role: Gift Processing Coordinator
Position: Gift and Data Coordinator
Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Manager, Gift Records and Data Analysis
Location: Houston, TX

Position Description:
The Gift and Data Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day gift and data entry and gift acknowledgement, ensuring timely donation processing and recognition. This role supports the growing demands of increased giving, as it relates to the expansion of the Advancement department.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years’ experience in a non-profit setting preferred.
- Two (2) years’ experience with Virtuous, Raiser’s Edge, or a relational database preferred.
- Experience in data entry, gift processing and receipting preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with uncompromising attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity relating to donor philanthropic desires.
- Ability to interact with a diverse client base with culture sensitivity.
- Commitment to professionalism, effective communication in all interactions, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
