(DNI) is looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team! Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and achieving their goals.
  • Provide companionship and build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Document care provided and report changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies and standards for quality care.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid fingerprint clearance card.
  • Reliable transportation to client locations across Maricopa County.
  • Experience as a caregiver or DCW preferred, but not required—we offer training!
