Your Role:
Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility).
Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient conditions.
Support patients with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Assist with range of motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers.
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills.
What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active CNA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation.
