Your Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the Intake Process – Gather and process patient medical information with accuracy and efficiency
✅ Coordinate with Healthcare Providers – Work closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams
✅ Insurance Verification & Authorizations – Ensure patients receive approved services in a timely manner
✅ Maintain Medical Records – Enter and update patient information in EMR and other data systems
✅ Ensure Compliance – Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
✅ Assist Patients & Families – Provide clear, compassionate communication and customer service
What You Bring to the Team:
Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, preferably in Home Health intake or scheduling
Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and regulations
Tech Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems and data management
Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with accuracy in documentation
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, including occasional evening or weekend shifts
