What You’ll Do

✅ Medical Management – Administer medications, wound care, and prescribed treatments.
✅ Patient & Family Education – Provide clear guidance on health conditions, treatments, and medications.
✅ Team Collaboration – Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
✅ Ongoing Monitoring – Track patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
What You Bring
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- License: Active RN license in Nevada.
- Experience: Home health experience required.
- Certification: Current BLS certification.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
- Technology: Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
