Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow referral networks.
- Conduct market analysis to create tailored marketing plans.
- Build and nurture relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers.
- Represent the agency at community outreach events, showcasing our commitment to quality hospice care.
- Track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
- Provide insights and recommendations for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare Marketing (Tucson area experience is a plus).
- Skills:
- Self-motivated and highly organized with creative and assertive marketing abilities.
