Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily marketing operations aligned with company goals.
- Design and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to expand referral networks.
- Conduct market analysis to develop tailored marketing plans.
- Provide strategic planning insights to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers.
- Represent our agency at community outreach events, showcasing our commitment to quality hospice care.
- Track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute for formal education).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare marketing, ideally in the Tucson area.
- Skills: Strong autonomy, organizational abilities, assertiveness, creativity, and flexibility.
