Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand referral networks.
- Conduct market analysis to create customized marketing plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare Marketing (Tucson area experience is a plus).
- Skills:
- Self-driven with strong organizational, creative, and assertive abilities.
