Partner with our Clinical Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and help our team deliver excellence every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate Care: Keep the wheels turning by managing daily clinical admin tasks and ensuring top-notch care. Support & Schedule: Organize IDG schedules, manage weekend and on-call staff, and assist with recruitment and training. Monitor & Report: Stay on top of quality metrics, documentation, and incident reporting.✔️ Compliance & Improvement: Ensure protocols are followed, suggest improvements, and safeguard client confidentiality under State and Federal laws.
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent required. LPN with 2 years of hospice or home health experience (preferred). Supervisory experience essential.✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compassion and a knack for connecting with patients, families, coworkers, and physicians.
