Primary Responsibilities
- Assessment: Identify the psychosocial needs of patients and families, sharing findings with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Counseling: Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and coping strategies.
- Education: Assist with advance directives, clarify rights, and connect families to resources.

Qualifications
- Education:
