Position Overview:
As an RN or LPN with Dependable Nurses, Inc., you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We value your expertise and are committed to supporting your professional growth, ensuring you have the resources and encouragement to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, one-on-one care and companionship.
Conduct assessments and follow individualized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications:
AZ (or compact) Nursing License
Valid Class D Driver's License
Current BLS Certification
Current TB Test or Chest X-ray (within the last 12 months)
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZDPS issued)
Article 9 Training
