What We’re Looking For:
- LPN License – Active and valid license from the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Home Health Experience – Prior experience required; familiarity with Wellsky (Kinnser) is preferred.
- Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Valid Arizona driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
- CPR Certification – Must have current certification.
- TB Clearance – Must meet federal and state health requirements (or be able to obtain one).
- Education – Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
