Your Role & Responsibilities

What You Need to Join Our Team
- Licensing – Active LPN license in Arizona or a Compact State.
- Certifications – Valid Driver’s License and BLS Certification (must be an in-person course).
- Health Compliance – Current TB Test/Chest X-Ray, Level One Fingerprint Clearance, and Article 9 Training.
