Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, individualized care.
Conduct assessments and follow care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient health.
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
Work as part of a team to achieve positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
Active RN License (AZ or Compact) or Active LPN license
Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
BLS Certification (in-person required).
Current TB test.
State-required Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Article 9 Training (provided during onboarding).
