We have a tremendous opportunity available for an HRIS Manager who plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure it meets the needs of the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, reporting, and enhancement of the current and future HRIS applications, all the while ensuring data integrity and security. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with various departments to analyze HR data and generate reports that support the strategic decision-making for DCI. Additionally, this role involves training the HR staff and end-users in system functionalities and best practices. Ultimately, the HRIS Manager will contribute to improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience through effective use of technology.
The successful HRIS Manager will be an expert in ADP WFN, with exposure to Dayforce applications/modules, all the while having the roll-up your sleeve attitude to ensure daily changes are captured as aligned with department SLA’s when backup is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the ADP WFN HRIS system, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning effectively for overall strategic support.
- Collaborate and act as the liaison with HR, IT, and Payroll, and Data Privacy Teams to gather business requirements, translating them into actionable project requests.
- Analyze and optimize current processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation within ADP WFN platform.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Assist business users in understanding technical details of the system.
- In partnership with the Director, it will serve as the primary point of contact between the business users/end users of the system, software vendors and help translate the needs of the business into actionable items for our internal and external key stakeholders.
- Oversee and monitor the system for failures and errors in performance.
- Collaborate and work in partnership with the Director, with existing and prospective software vendors to understand their offerings and ensure their solutions align with the company’s technical framework.
- Oversee, and partners and supports the end-to-end testing to verify that new applications and enhancements to the system will meet business requirements and function as intended within the company’s environment.
- Oversee and identifies the development of maintaining user guides and process documentation for tasks and processes for ADP WFN.
- In partnership with the Director of Total Rewards, will help integrate, build, and implement the EU HRIS Dayforce project to ensure total and continual support from the US HRIS team
- Lead and manage the HRIS Analyst team on overall HRIS projects, day-to-day requests, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of EEO/AA compliance is preferred.

Experience Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ADP WFN and BI reporting, looking for 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience with troubleshooting integrations, querying databases, etc.
- Experience with backlog management, and work prioritization.
- Familiarity with corporate applications in an enterprise environment
- Previous experience as a technical liaison in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability analyze information, identify problems, and solve problems using effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong level of detail and the highest levels of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact and work with a diverse team and build strong working relationships with team members.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a demanding environment. Ensuring ability to actively participate in the entire project life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment and change management.
- Experience with ADP WFN products and Dayforce Platform(s)
- High energy, and a true-self starter willing to take initiative.
