Job Duties
KSAs Required for the Position:
- Ability to read, comprehend and carry-out written and verbal instructions.
- Capacity to learn and perform cleaning and sanitation procedures in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently lift moderate (10-40 lbs.) loads, occasionally lift heavy (40-60 lbs.) loads, bend, stoop and carry objects.
- Ability to push heavy (up to 500 lbs.) carts full of food/supplies.
- Capability to work in a hot, humid environment.
- Aptitude to work as a contributing team member and customer service focused.
- Ability to work in a secure and locked environment with individuals who are experiencing acute symptoms of mental illness and/or additional forensic/legal involvement.
- Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement policies and guidelines.
- Organizational and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management
- Skilled in warehouse equipment/heavy machinery
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Driver's License required.
