Job Duties:

We are seeking a VIB Production Associate IV to work meeting customer orders by assembling, sewing, cutting, and completing various textile products using industrial sewing and production machines.
Works with high level of proficiency to produce textile products. Patriciates in ISO Quality program by inspecting finished products and repairing or reporting defective products. Works with supervisor/team leader to coordinate production with delivery schedules. Assist in the storage/movement of new materials or finished products as needed.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge/Experience:
- Proficiency and experience in operating in industrial sewing machines skillfully.
- Proficiency and experience in sewing, textile fabrication, manufacturing or packing work orders for customers.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to exercise good hand/foot coordination.
- Able to stand 4-6 hours per days with repetitive lifting and bending.
- Ability to complete sewing projects independently.
- Ability to read tape measures and apply the information during cutting, sewing or lamination of products, good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand production schedules independently for on time shipping.
- Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team player.
- Ability to use a Pallet Jack.
- Ability to read and understand work orders for packing and shipping.
- Ability to count and do simple mathematic problems for shipping.
- Ability to work independently in the safety wear department.

- Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
- Completes duties and/or projects as needed or directed by supervisor.
