This is a contract position funded through December 27, 2025. The analyst will work a hybrid schedule, with a mix of remote and in-office work at the CT offices in Boston, with other possible meetings in the Boston area or around the state as needed. Travel to locations around Massachusetts for trainings and observations is expected and mileage is reimbursable at standard Commonwealth rate.


Please note that pursuant to Massachusetts general law, contracted employees are not paid for the eleven scheduled holidays, do not receive any paid, vacation, personal leave benefits, or contribute to the state retirement system or social security. As a state contracted employee, you must participate in direct deposit and contribute towards the Commonwealth of Massachusetts state alternate retirement plan, ("OBRA Plan").


Children's Trust is seeking an experienced trainer to provide coaching, mentoring and create materials that aid in the development of trainers in the family support workforce field.


The mission of Children’s Trust is to partner with organizations and communities to drive systemic change that addresses the root causes of child abuse and neglect. We provide and fund high-quality programs and services, deliver training and technical assistance to the family support workforce, and advocate for statewide policy decisions that build resilient families, enabling children to grow up safe and thrive. Children’s Trust Massachusetts has an annual budget of approximately $26M from Federal and State funding and an additional average annual raise of $850K from our 501c3.


The Children’s Trust Training Institute is seeking a contracted employee to develop frameworks and materials for trainer quality assurance and provide direct coaching to family support workforce trainers.


1. Develop materials and systems to support the expansion of existing trainer quality assurance structures


2. Support the expansion and standardization of processes trainer development, including training of trainers and trainer mentoring


3. Develop train the trainer modules for existing training curriculum.


4. Conduct competency-based observations of trainers with written evaluations and feedback


5. Perform related duties as required


Preferred qualifications:

1. Advanced knowledge and expertise in areas of home visiting and family support.


2. Advanced experience in facilitation and developing curriculum and facilitating training for adult learners


3. Experience supporting development of trainers, including facilitation of train the trainer processes.

4. Cultural humility and inclusivity, ability to foster learning environments that celebrate the diverse backgrounds and experiences of adult learners
