Pool Construction Foreman

Derby City Pools & Outdoor Living specializes in building custom outdoor living spaces including pools, hardscape, landscape, outdoor lighting, kitchens and patios that can take your backyard space to the next level. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Louisville, KY. As a Pool Construction Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with the construction of in-ground swimming pools, including excavation, plumbing, and installation of pool shells and equipment. Additionally, you will be involved in the installation of pool decks, patios, and other outdoor living features such as fire pits and outdoor kitchens.

• Previous experience in outdoor construction is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work well in a team environment, take direction, and communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Ability to read and interpret project plans
• Experience operating heavy machinery (backhoes, bobcats, etc.) is a plus
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
