Position Summary
Must Have :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, extensive experience with SQL, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
The person we are searching for will possess deep technical expertise in SQL report writing and development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations with third-party systems. This role requires someone who can design, develop, and implement robust data solutions while working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities :
Technical Business Analyst : Develops an understanding of existing CRM and Price Management Tools and their processes, and identifies, suggests, and implements improvements to existing and new tools. They also support the business with day-to-day CRM / ERP, SQL report writing to derive insights; and functionality and relevant supporting systems.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to SQL to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Design and develop Custom Salesforce solutions : use Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SQL.
Salesforce Data Management : Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce by performing regular data audits and cleaning. Also, create and deploy reports and scripts in SalesForce
Dashboard Creation : Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.
Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Data Migration and Integration : Assist in data migration projects and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on data-related functionalities within Salesforce.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor Salesforce system performance and recommend improvements for data management processes. Run reports in SQL to derive business insights - sales, inventory, etc.
Demand Planning : Assist with customer demand planning analysis, in-stock reporting, and financial forecast planning / reporting.
Business Process Mana gement : Maintains existing and develops new company business processes and approval workflows to increase effectiveness across departments by following Sales and Lead Pipeline process procedures, data management, and the conservation of account records.
Data Analysis and Reporting – Develop, track, and deliver reports that capture key metrics to determine trends that help drive business decisions.
ERP : Assist product team in SAGE POs uploading and forecasting

Required Data Science and Business Analytics Skills :
General Management Skills
High Volume : Experience with a business that offers 1,000 sku catalogs would be helpful. Metrics : Proven ability to discuss your accomplishments in quantitative terms and the resulting revenue metrics
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field, with at least a senior or lead role.
Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with Salesforce reporting tools such as Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Einstein Analytics.
Experience monitoring and analyzing metrics with the ability to create actionable insights.
