Job Summary
To coordinate the execution of projects within the shipyard, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to achieve seamless project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and track milestones.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report progress to stakeholders, including changes made to plans and production.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Perform risk assessment to minimize and manage project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to clarify project requirements.
Requirements:
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Financial management experience, including basic accounting principles.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and materials management.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and process improvement techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five years' relevant trade experience within the marine industry or equivalent combination.
