The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and implement project plans to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and costs, using verification techniques.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in project coordination or a related field within the marine industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination.
