Position : Mainframe Administrator
Location : Erie, PA ( Onsite )
Duration : Full Time
Job Description :
- Strong skills in CA-7 batch monitoring and scheduling techniques for a multiplatform environment, or any other equivalent scheduling tool.
- Extensive knowledge of batch processing and experienced in resolving batch abends like SB-37, SE-37, Catalog issues, JCL errors. Providing immediate fixes and submitting the job from CA-7-CA11
- Knowledge in TSO, ISPF, FileAID, SPOOL.
- Strong skills in Unix Shell scripting.
- Knowledge and experience in Endevor / any version control tool
- Have knowledge / experience in service management application such as Service-Now.
- A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
- An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationship / rapport quickly.
