Description: Dermatology Associates, the leading dermatology practice in the Tri-Cities region, is currently seeking a full-time Patient Collections Specialist (starting pay at $15/hr) to join our Kingsport team. This position is responsible for daily management of past due patient accounts, attempts to recover aging outstanding balances, and maintain bad debt to a minimum. The individual may also be asked to assist other billing office personnel.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication ability, exceptional customer service skills, and a team player attitude. Prior medical office experience a plus and customer service-related experience highly preferred.
