We need an exceptional Patient Service Representative whose primary role is to manage inbound / outbound calls on a daily. This position will be cross-trained to back-up the front desk with duties to include check-in/check-out, scheduling patients and managing patient flow. The Patient Service Representative must demonstrate superior customer service, be a collaborative team player and tackle all tasks with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. Prior experience is not required - we are willing to train the right person.
Job duties of the Patient Service Representative include:
- Answer all calls in a timely fashion (50-100 calls per day).
- Schedule appointments following appropriate guidelines to maximize schedule density.
- Address any and all patient questions and concerns.
- Communicate clearly with patients and medical staff.
- Obtaining medical insurance information and processing eligibility.
- Obtaining proper forms for patient registration.
- Entering demographics and payment information.
- Other general office duties as required.
Qualifications of the Patient Service Representative include:

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
