Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, licensed aesthetician with a friendly, outgoing, and warm personality to join our team. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and is skilled in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of skincare treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and laser treatments.
• Educate clients on their individual skincare needs and recommend products and services tailored to their goals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized care and outstanding customer service.
• Actively network with prospective patients to generate new business and establish a loyal patient base.
• Work closely with the team to cross-sell injectable treatments and other laser procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Meet personal and team goals for treatment sales and client retention.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience Required:  

• Must hold a valid state license as an aesthetician.
• Laser license required.
• Previous experience in a dermatology or plastic surgery office is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience with facials, peels, dermaplaning, and lasers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong ability to network, build relationships, and maintain a loyal client base.
• Must be professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation:

• Flexible compensation options: combination of hourly commission OR straight commission.
