Aesthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team and provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of treatments designed to enhance the appearance and well-being of our clientele. Your expertise in skincare, beauty techniques, and customer service will contribute to creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, preferences, and goals.
• Provide customized skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Perform facial and body hair removal services using various techniques such as waxing, threading, and sugaring.
• Offer expert advice on skincare products, routines, and maintenance to help clients achieve optimal results.
• Administer specialized treatments such as acne treatments, anti-aging procedures, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of client consultations, treatments performed, and product recommendations.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, advancements, and techniques in skincare and aesthetics through continuous education and training.
• Uphold professional standards of conduct and ethics, demonstrating respect, empathy, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and fostering trust and loyalty.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid state license as an Aesthetician.
• Proven experience working as an Aesthetician in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare principles, products, and treatments.
• Proficiency in performing a variety of skincare procedures and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
